Start the wine tasting journey with the traditional Method NV Black Sparkling Shiraz in the private tasting room before moving on to the flagship wines and premium releases. After the hosted wine tasting wraps up, relax with one of the finest Shiraz blends on offer, the ‘Mighty Ox’ Shiraz alongside a selection of Barossa’s finest small goods and local artisan cheeses.
